Signed Borrowers Authorization
Clear Copy of Driver’s License and Social Security Card
Last Two Years Personal Tax Returns All Schedules
Two Most Recent Bank Statements (all pages)
Most Recent Retirement/Investment Accounts (IRA, 401k, Stocks)

EMPLOYED BORROWERS
Recent Paycheck Stubs Covering the Last 30 days
W2’s for 2021, 2020 & 2019

SELF EMPLOYED BORROWERS
If 1099, Provide Last Two Years
Corporation Tax Returns for Last Two Years

RETIRED BORROWERS
Social Security Awards Letter
Pension Awards letter

**If Borrower Owns a Property Please Provide Below**
Most Recent Mortgage Statement
Homeowners Insurance (Declaration Page)
Property Tax Bill 2021 -2022
HOA Statement (if applicable)



Depending on the type of home loan you are applying for, and your individual circumstances, you may also need:


-Student loans in deferment may need to show what payments will be when active
-If divorced, a divorce decree or legal seperation paperwork
-Documentation of child support, if you wish to show it as income
-Work permit if working with Employment Authorization
-Copy of bankruptcy papers if you have filed bankruptcy if not showing as discharged
-Rental Agreements if the rental income isnt reported on your taxes
